A man died on the beach at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California at around 11 A.M. this morning, and authorities are saying he was the victim of a shark attack. The thirty-eight-year-old hasnÂ’t been identified publically, but witnesses say he was in the water surfing when a shark popped out of the water and bit him. The victimÂ’s friend was able to pull him onto the beach to perform first aid, but by the time emergency responders made it to the scene, nothing could be done.
